Before you land on soft white sands, with the ocean breeze gently guiding your path, let’s make sure everything is perfectly aligned for an unforgettable, life-changing journey. Here are the essential details to ensure you and your fellow participants experience the smoothest retreat possible.

THE SOURCE CODE MEDITATION TEAM
▪︎ Currates and leads the full retreat experience, including the teachings, group schedule, facilitation, daily curriculum and overall flow.
▪︎ Roommate requests must be sent to [email protected] and will include only participants from the Enlightenment & Evolution retreat.
▪︎ *Deadline for roommate requests – August 31, 2026. (*exceptions made for those that book
after the deadline)

MAR DE JADE RETREAT CENTER
▪︎ Oversees all accommodation bookings, specific room requests, meals, airport transportation,
and on-site hospitality.

 

GUEST ARRANGEMENTS

▪︎ Guests must use the unique Mar de Jade booking link.
▪︎ The online booking system will only reserve complete rooms. If more than two people are booking together and wish to split the deposit on multiple credit cards, please call MDJ directly. They are not able to guarantee shared rates if roommates do not book together. 
▪︎ Roommate assignments are coordinated directly with the Source Code Meditation team.
▪︎ Retreat Registration (or lodging costs) do not cover additional expenses such as; hotel stay before / after the retreat dates, transportation to / from the resort (taxi or shuttle) any off-site excursions, spa treatments, or gratuities to those service providers.
▪︎ Airfare is not included.
▪︎ All payments are non-transferable to other individuals, and refunds are subject to the
Terms & Conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.

    TRANSPORTATION

    ARRIVALS + DEPARTURES

    • Fly into Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (PVR = airport code).
    • You must arrive at Mar de Jade (MDJ) by 2:00 PM on January 16th, 2027.
    • We highly recommend arriving into Mexico before the start date of the retreat. Especially if you’re coming from cold-weather climates to avoid weather related delays. You must be at Mar de Jade by 2:00PM on January 16th. The drive time to MDJ is approximately 60-90 minutes from the PVR airport.
    • If you choose to arrive into Mexico on January 16th, please ensure your flight lands at PVR no later than 12:00 PM. 
    • If you are departing from MDJ on January 23th, please book your return flight AFTER 1:00 PM that day.

    TAXI + SHUTTLE INFORMATION

    • IMPORTANT:  Direct all requests for transportation to Mar de Jade. They oversee all transportation arrangements for you. (from the PVR airport or your hotel / lodging in Puerto Vallarta).
    • All itinerary information MUST be submitted to them by December 31, 2026. If you miss this deadline, it is your responsibility to arrange timely transportation and arrive at MDJ by 2:00 PM on January 16th.
      (Please note: MDJ is in the Mountain Time Zone, while Puerto Vallarta is in the Central Time Zone.)
    • Your Taxi / Shuttle confirmation will be emailed to you by the first week of January 2027 confirming your pickup time and location. This will be sent to all retreat participants who submit their itinerary by the December 31, 2026 deadline. Double check your spam/junk folders for Mar de Jade’s email.

    THE SCHEDULE

    Plan for an intense, immersive and highly transformative experience.
    Each day begins with hands-on facilitated Source Code Meditation™ sessions by Dr Cotton’s elite team. Experience the latest advancements in SCM technologies, as we awaken and amplify your Inner Organic Technology®. You will be introduced to, and shown how to, activate the part of the brain responsible for your highest state and eventually, stage changes. This experience will leave you humbled and aware of your place in this divine evolutionary unfolding. Live up to your highest potential AND experience a radically free life – filled with abundance, peace and joy.

    •  Daily retreat schedule will be shared upon your arrival. Please do NOT book off-site excursions or spa-treatments prior to your arrival at Mar de Jade.
    •  Alcohol / smoking / recreational drug use is prohibited while on retreat. NO EXCEPTIONS!
    •  Please limit your cell phone / computer time during the retreat. This is a rare opportunity to disconnect from your daily routines and up-level your life in a way that’s never happened before. The E&E Retreat is strategically designed to take you out of sameness and usher you into a new way of being.

    WHAT TO BRING

    • Lightweight, synthetic, moisture-wicking clothing for comfort
    • A lightweight jacket or sweater for cooler evenings and early mornings (temps can dip into the low to mid-60s°F)
    • Swimsuit(s), Hat, bandana, sunglasses, and a backpack
    • Flashlight (don’t forget extra batteries)
    • Biodegradable bug spray and sunscreen
    • MDJ provides home-made organic shampoo and conditioner, so you may want to leave yours at home
    • Emergency contact information (stored in your luggage), especially if you’re traveling solo
    • Passport (carry a photocopy in your luggage and on your phone)
    • Health insurance information, along with emergency contacts (stored in your luggage)
    • Solo Travelers – please consider placing any relevant health conditions and/or medication needs in your luggage for emergency assistance. None of this information needs to be shared with anyone, it is only stored in luggage as a precaution and for assistance should you need it. 

    • Optional: Consider bringing a tax-deductible donation (school supplies or monetary gift) for MDJ’s community programs, such as the Montessori School, Trade School, or Organic Farm. More info here: Community Projects

    BEFORE + AFTER RETREAT

    As a reminder, any additional time you choose to book before or after the retreat dates (January 16 – 23, 2027) is at your own expense, and not included in the retreat cost.

    We strongly recommend arriving into Mexico at least 1-day before the start date of the retreat. We also encourage taking an extra day or two, after the retreat concludes (in a place of your choosing) to fully integrate your retreat experience. Many past guests have shared their desire to have taken extra time to decompress before heading home. You deserve the extra time to unwind and enjoy all that Mexico has to offer. We’ve found that this integration time allows you to return to your life more grounded and ready for lasting change. We understand commitments at home, and honor the choice you make.

    MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

    POWER: Mexico uses 110V, the same as the US and Canada.

    ELECTRONICS: We strongly encourage you to unplug during this retreat. This is a unique opportunity to step away from the demands of your “old life” and open yourself to greater transformation. Take this precious time to connect deeply with fellow participants and fully commit to your own personal growth.
    PHONE USAGE: Mar de Jade offers phone service (should they apply, you’ll be charged the international fees). While we understand that your cell phone is also your camera, we ask that you refrain from checking emails and social media (and posting to social media) during the retreat. After checking in with loved ones to let them know you’ve arrived safely, please allow yourself to fully unplug.
    DIETARY & WATER NEEDS:  Most dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please email [email protected] with your requests by December 30th, and mention that you are with Dr. Cotton’s Enlightenment & Evolution Retreat.
    Mar de Jade serves fresh, organic produce from their own farm, cleaned with purified water and safe to eat. Ice is also purified. Three buffet-style meals are part of your lodging package that you book with Mar de Jade directly. Purified water stations are available throughout the resort. For precaution, guests are asked to brush their teeth with purified water.
    SPA SERVICES: Spa treatments and massages are available at Mar de Jade, though they are not included in the retreat / lodging package(s). To avoid scheduling conflicts, please book your treatments once you arrive on-site and have the retreat schedule in hand. There will be ample time throughout the week to enjoy these services.
    PAYMENT OPTIONS AT MDJ: The resort accepts cash (USD and MX Pesos), as well as Visa & MasterCard. Carrying small bills is highly recommended. There is an ATM in Chacala, but its availability may be limited. The next nearest reliable ATM is a 30-minute taxi ride away. Spa services, coffee bar and smoothie bar (excluding tips) can be charged to your room. Outside excursions must be paid in cash directly to the provider. Your final bill, including any spa services, smoothies or gift shop items, will be ready for you at checkout.
    TOWELS: Beach towels, for use during the week, are provided at the front desk.
