The JFK University Professor, Bruce Alderman, recently invited Dr. Michael Cotton to do a presentation for the prestigious “Integral Stage” examining the role of religion and spirituality in the 21st century.
From the video description:
What paths lie ahead for religion and spirituality in the 21st Century? How might the insights of modernity and post-modernity impact and inform humanity’s ancient wisdom traditions? How are we to enact, together, new spiritual visions – independently, or within our respective traditions – that can respond adequately to the challenges of our times?
In episode 8 of The Future Faces of Spirit, Dr. Michael Cotton describes the value of salutogenic somatic practices for deepening meditation and state training, and presents his vision for a unitary evolutionary religion and spirituality.
Dr. Michael Cotton is the author of the book, Source Code Meditation, and the founder of The New Human University. He has also recently contributed a substantial essay on his method and research findings to the Integral Review journal, which I will link here once it is published.

My dear Michael,
Thanks you so much for this wonderful hour that took me on a journey that highlights the transcend and include qualities of consciousness. A powerful presentation that connects the dots of many thinkers of our past. Heaven on earth is possible and what that is, is beyond me in whatever I have transcended and included up to Now. I am grateful and appreciative of our connection.
Love and Laughter
Arthur
